Vice President | Asset Management
Mr. Lambert is responsible for overseeing all asset management activities for the Highridge Costa portfolio. He joined the company in 2010 as an Asset Manager, was promoted to Senior Asset Manager in 2013 then Vice President in May 2018. Mr. Lambert has extensive experience in real estate management and construction. Since 1980 he has been involved in the real estate industry as an owner of a property management company, managing multi-asset real estate portfolios, office buildings, apartment buildings and condominiums. He has qualified as an expert witness in Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts and has served as a court appointed receiver as well as being appointed third-party neutral expert in matters involving the valuation of real estate property. In early 2003 he joined J.E. Carr Construction as a partner where he served as CEO until 2010 when he joined Highridge Costa.
Mr. Lambert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from the University of Southern California and continued his post graduate studies at Pepperdine University. He served as the President of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles for 2000/2001. He holds professional licenses as a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor as well as the SHCM designation (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) from the National Affordable Housing Management Association.
