Dorado Senior Apartments

This community is comprised of a single four-story California contemporary building surrounding a central courtyard with stucco exterior, wood trim and accents, and clay tile roofs. The goal was to create an affordable community while also offering style and amenities comparable to market rate housing.

There are a wide variety of enrichment programs offered to senior residents including, computer classes, recreational programs, health and wellness instruction, intergenerational programs and other activities designed to promote resident engagement and interaction.

This development recently won Multifamily Executive’s Project of the Year-Affordable.
