The Lofts At Security

Located at 510 S. Spring Street, the building offers 153 loft-style apartment homes ranging from 509 to 2,006 square feet. Features of the 12-story building include a game room; a media lounge with big-screen TV; laundry rooms on every floor; a large fitness center; a business center with internet access, and a “wi-fi” hot spot lounge for residents to gather and socialize.

The ground floor contains a mix of retail businesses, including a “Weeneez” restaurant, Red Dot Bistro and Art Gallery and, coming soon, a U.S. Post Office. The popular Los Angeles Theatre Company playhouse is located next door. Resident parking, located in an adjacent structure, is included in the rent. Weeneez and the Red Dot Bistro and Art Gallery represent a new dual concept restaurant created by acclaimed gallerist Julie Rico and her partner Sid Carter.
